4. Discussion
GC-MS analysis confirmed the molecular structures of both components with characteristic ions. The method demonstrated excellent specificity with no interference from excipients. ELISA testing showed appropriate cross-reactivity for both compounds. Related substances analysis revealed three minor impurities at levels of 0.5%, 0.4%, and 0.5% respectively. Accelerated stability studies showed no significant changes.
